We document your space through measurements and photographs, grounding the design in an accurate spatial framework. Inspiration imagery (whether gathered during the process or shared by you) is often used to help visualize and refine the design vision.
Guided by this understanding, we define a clear path forward, aligned with your priorities from the start.
In this step, the design vision takes shape through layout, materials, and finishes.
Together, we refine your layout, exploring opportunities you may not have considered and helping you envision how you’ll interact with the space. With a strong focus on flow and functionality, each decision is made to enhance your day-to-day experience. You’ll receive a detailed floor plan and elevations of key walls to give you a clear, confident understanding of the design.
At the same time, we hand-select all furniture, fixtures, and finishes for your space. Drawing from a wide network of trusted vendors and custom options, we source pieces that are beautifully suited to your design. We provide samples and coordinate showroom visits so you can see materials firsthand. From light fixtures to cabinet knobs, each detail works in harmony to create a cohesive, intentional design.
With every element thoughtfully developed and selected, the design is ready for execution.
02 Develop
Now, the vision becomes reality.
Upon your approval, we begin placing orders and scheduling deliveries to facilitate an efficient timeline that minimizes delays. Behind the scenes, we work with the fabricators, installers, and contractors to ensure a smooth progression through each stage. We proactively convey the design intent to the contractors for full clarity ahead of execution.
Throughout construction and installation, we serve as the central point of coordination. We manage correspondence and safeguard the integrity of the design. When needed, we are on site to review progress, answer questions, and make real-time decisions. As your advocate, we represent your interests on site and off and resolve challenges as they arise.
You won’t need to deal with logistics or unexpected issues—we oversee the entire process, keeping you informed and stress-free.
